Job Title: Senior Compliance Officer

This role is designed to be a key member of the legal team, working with highly skilled members to provide legal and compliance solutions to business.

The candidate will work on managing technology and self-assessment based enterprise-wide compliance management programs for the entire organization.

  • Owns, implements, and adopts comprehensive corporate compliance programs with global reach, comprised of seven pillars of an efficient and effective program.
  • Has in-depth experience and exposure in handling global investigations on various issues and negotiating and implementing remediations.
  • Achieves corporate compliance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to the Compliance Plan and its reviews, preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing changes.
  • Has exposure and understanding of key compliance regimes applicable to the organization, such as whistleblower regulations, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-trust, confidentiality, and commensurate process and controls.

Additional responsibilities include reviewing and improving whistleblower systems, employee feedback mechanisms in close collaboration with HR, planning, organizing, and conducting trainings, and communications to enhance and grow the compliance program in line with best industry standards of cultural assurance.

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential for this role. Knowledge of industry regulatory standards and independent project management skills are also preferred.
