Job Opportunity: NetSuite and OneSource Functional ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced professional to bridge the gap between finance/tax teams and technical teams, ensuring seamless ERP and tax configuration operations.The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in NetSuite ERP and OneSource tax solutions, with strong business process analysis skills and the ability to drive enhancements, testing, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between finance/tax stakeholders and technical teams for NetSuite and OneSource.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation.
  • Configure and validate tax rules, jurisdictions, and rates within OneSource (Indirect Tax focus).
  • Collaborate on tax determination logic to ensure accurate transaction tax postings in NetSuite.
  • Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution for ERP and tax-related processes.
  • Communicate business requirements clearly to technical teams and translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project status updates and coordinate across impacted business units.
  • Support finance operations during critical periods such as month-end and quarter-end closes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP (Finance, Procurement, Order-to-Cash).
  • 2+ years of experience with OneSource (Indirect Tax preferred).
  • Strong understanding of tax configuration, compliance, and ERP integrations.
  • Experience with SuiteTax or SuiteTax API in NetSuite.
  • Familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa (preferred).
  • Skilled in data mapping, system integrations, and process documentation.
  • Experience in ERP/tax system implementation or upgrades.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote team environment.
