Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Distribution specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to close. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Functional requirement gathering and designing activities (business blue printing sessions) across multiple teams, product teams, information technology groups, and business stakeholders to collaboratively develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and administer functional specifications.
  • Expertise in designing pricing procedure and promotion.
  • Expertise in condition technique.
  • Expertise in pick pack and dispatch along with integration experience of e-commerce and last mile.
  • Basis knowledge of ABAP Workbench and Data Dictionary to understand program logic.
  • Strong knowledge of integration and impact of pricing data on subsequent processes.
  • Work closely with developers and play a major role in translating custom routines and requirements.
  • C coordinate and take the role of functional consultant and support applications in your area of responsibility i.e., Fulfillment, Retail SAP Pricing and Promotions.
  • Very good expertise and understanding of DevOps process.
  • Good working experience and understanding of Agile tools like JIRA.
  • Create Business Process Master List for all the projects and DevOps teams to keep track on dependencies.
  • Should guide testing team to build on automation test scripts.
  • Enterprise structure.
  • Master Data Article / Vendor / BP / Pricing / Free goods / Promotions / Bonus buys.
  • Configuration of Sales order, item, copy controls.
  • Basic functions of SAP SD.
  • Output determination.
  • Partner determination.
  • Accounting determination.
  • Pricing determination.
  • Incompletion procedure.
  • E-E Sales process Sales Req, SO, Del and Invoice.
  • Credit management.
  • IDoc's configuration, and error handling.
  • Handling units.
  • Intercompany STO process.
  • Job's scheduling and error handling.
  • Integration between SD-FI and SD-MM.
  • Contract management.
  • Consignment process.
  • All necessary SAP SD configurations.

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech or equivalent and above degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP Functional area (Sales and Distribution).
  • Minimum 2-3 end-to-end implementation of SAP.
  • Exposure to Integration of ECC with e-commerce platforms, SAP CAR, Master Data, MM.
  • Preferably experienced in S4 HANA Implementation.
  • Added advantage if there is an SAP certification.
