Job Title: Siemens Opcenter MDD Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Medical Device and Diagnostics System Implementation Specialist. This individual will be responsible for implementing and upgrading Opcenter Execution systems, ensuring seamless integration with various infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and upgrade of Opcenter components, including validation and audit documentation.
  • Configuration of interfaces using Opcenter Connect MOM, level 2 integrations via OPC UA for machine connectivity, and level 4 interfaces for SAP MES integration.
  • Master data and configuration migrations to higher environments.
  • Collaboration with infrastructure teams to meet application requirements.
  • Utilization of Siemens standard reporting tools for generating operational and compliance reports.
  • Support of modeling configurations, such as UDCD, Business Rules, and User Queries.
  • Work on Designer and Portal Studio for MAP(XML) configurations, workflows, and other MES components.
  • Ensuring implementation aligns with GxP regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution MDD - Medical Device and Diagnostics (v8.6 or v2410).
  • Strong hands-on experience in component installations and upgrades, interface configurations, master data/configuration migrations, and solid understanding of infrastructure requirements related to MES.
  • Familiarity with standard Siemens MES reporting tools and working knowledge of GxP regulations and validation practices.
