Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Funding Manager to lead and manage our funding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and executing all funding initiatives to ensure the financial health and growth of the company. This role involves raising funds through various channels, maintaining investor relations, and ensuring proper management of funds for company operations and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the funding team to meet organizational funding targets.
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure financial resources for business growth and expansion.
  • Identify, evaluate, and approach potential funding sources, including banks, venture capitalists, private equity firms, and government grants.
  • Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire funding process, from pitching and negotiations to closing deals and disbursement of funds.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements related to fundraising activities.
  • Monitor the financial markets and economic trends to adjust the company's funding strategy.
  • Prepare detailed funding proposals, financial models, and presentations to potential investors.
  • Evaluate risk factors and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks associated with funding activities.
  • Report on fundraising progress, including analysis of funding sources, raised capital, and funding costs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align funding efforts with business goals and financial needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, fundraising, or investment banking.
  • Proven experience in raising funds and managing funding teams, preferably in the EPC or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and capital-raising strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with investor relations and knowledge of compliance regulations related to fundraising.
