Key Role: Sr. Creative Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our clients' brand initiatives as part of the creative team.

  • Craft compelling ideas and strategies for multiple brands across various industries, driving campaign planning and ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to develop innovative pitches that showcase expertise.
  • Present comprehensive plans to clients, effectively communicating the value of solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of creativity, pursuing awards recognition for work.
  • Report to the Creative Lead, who provides overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns and tasks.
  • Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide guidance to the graphic design team, ensuring cohesive branding across all channels.
  • Break down complex briefs for junior creatives, streamlining processes and fostering efficient collaboration.
  • Develop and implement revisions based on internal or external feedback, adhering to realistic timelines while meeting client objectives.
  • Promote work through each stage of production, from concept to final product delivery.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create engaging content.
  • Familiarity with moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose topical content and campaigns.
