Real Estate Telecaller / CRM Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Telecaller / CRM Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate telecalling/CRM operations and possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

  • This role involves handling customer inquiries from various sources, including property portals, digital media campaigns, IVR/inbound calling systems, and conducting timely follow-ups to ensure prompt responses.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for sharing project details, explaining offerings, and scheduling site visits with Sales Executives.
  • A key aspect of this position is maintaining accurate and up-to-date data within the CRM system.
  • Daily reports on lead status, follow-ups, and sales coordination through CRM will also be a crucial part of this role.
  • This individual will provide critical support to Sales Managers and Executives in client communication and after-sales servicing.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in real estate telecalling/CRM operations is essential.

  • A graduate degree is preferred.
