Product Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of the design organization, you will be responsible for leading the design experience across our product ecosystem.

As a seasoned product designer with expertise in UX and UI design, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and secure user experiences. Your strong understanding of UX principles and ability to design scalable design systems will enable us to meet the evolving needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of our flagship product, guiding the creation of user-centered designs that meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define user journeys and ship elegant designs that balance form and function.
  • Conduct UX research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on product design experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Blender for asset creation or 3D/mockup work.
  • Strong UX thinking and the ability to design for both software interfaces and embedded hardware.
