Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with field personnel to ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Measure process parameters alongside the Shift In-Charge and record data.
  • Inspect specific parameters regularly, perform extra duties assigned by the Shift In-Charge, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor product quality (Raw Meal, Clinker, Cement) within defined QMS procedures.
  • Maintain good laboratory coordination for quality feedback and follow non-conformity procedures as needed.
  • Implement safety procedures and necessary precautions during plant operations.
  • Take regular readings of plant parameters, energy, and gas; perform basic chemical water analysis and functional tests on plant systems.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to data reporting and operating procedures.
  • Regularly inspect the plant, report malfunctions to the shift supervisor, and make work requests.
  • Ensure shift turnovers and transfer necessary information.
  • Develop suggestions for plant and operating procedure improvements.
  • Supervise loading and unloading of chemicals to and from trucks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the control room and other operational areas.
  • Follow up on operational consumables and report deviations as needed.
Environmental Considerations:
  • Ensure operational activities meet public safety, employee safety, and environmental standards.
  • Implement the work permit system and suggest improvements to the Safety Head.
  • Report hazardous conditions on plant systems, workplace, working environment, and general public.
Development Opportunities:
  • Review team member performance, provide developmental support, and complete IDP Execution.
  • Recommend training for team development and update their knowledge base.
  • Enhance employee satisfaction and engagement levels in the function.
