We are seeking an experienced professional to assist in catalog management.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with multiple teams including categories, machine learning, delivery experience, and business analysis to identify gaps and implement structured solutions . You will also partner with program and product management to identify long-term fulfillment features and programs to improve customer experience for India customers.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Under general supervision, follow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to perform tasks with high levels of accuracy and productivity
  • Tasks include interacting and coordinating with internal stakeholders, gathering and resolving issues to help drive business continuity
  • Maintaining records of work, tracking business workflow, escalating deviations
  • Analyzing data and identifying new trends/patterns
  • Identifying generic patterns in customer escalations and translating them into guidelines and SOPs to improve overall escalation process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in managing tasks within defined service level agreements & minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using selection central
