GenAI Cloud Architect Lead

This role involves spearheading the development of cutting-edge AI solutions on cloud platforms, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) integration and cloud-native architecture.

About the Position:

  • The ideal candidate will drive innovation in next-generation AI initiatives and lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI projects on cloud platforms.
  • Strong expertise in cloud architecture, particularly AWS services, is mandatory for this position.
  • Experience integrating LLMs into real-world applications and a solid grasp of prompt engineering techniques are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cloud Solutions Development: Design and develop scalable GenAI solutions using cloud-native architecture and LLMs on cloud platforms.
  2. LLM Integration and Management: Integrate and manage LLM APIs, including Azure OpenAI and other emerging models, to deliver cutting-edge AI capabilities.
  3. Prompt Engineering and Optimization: Drive prompt engineering strategies, including prompt versioning, optimization, and chain-of-thought design, to enhance model performance.
  4. Model Evaluation and Improvement: Oversee fine-tuning, embeddings, and conversational flow development to build intelligent, context-aware AI applications.
  5. Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals and mentor technical teams on best practices in GenAI development and cloud architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience integrating LLMs into real-world applications.
  • Expertise in cloud architecture, particularly AWS services, including Lambda, SNS/SQS, Step Functions, and event-driven design patterns.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and web frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
  • Mandatory experience in Azure OpenAI; familiarity with other models like LLaMA is a plus.
  • Experience working with vector databases such as ElasticSearch, Open Search, or other vector search engines.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques, including prompt versioning, optimization, and chain-of-thought design.
  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
