Role Overview

Clinical Growth Officers play a pivotal role in driving product adoption and revenue growth by fostering strong relationships with dental professionals.

This inside sales position requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a passion for dentistry, digital platforms, and customer success.

The ideal candidate will have BDS graduates (freshers or up to 2 years of experience) and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Engage with dentists across India via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their clinical requirements.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by promoting relevant dental products and services.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Educate and guide dental professionals on the latest technologies, materials, and best practices.
  • Customer Management: Maintain and update customer records, interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
  • Timely Delivery: Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Clinical Insights: Provide clinical insights to improve product offerings and support campaigns.
Requirements:
  • BDS graduates (freshers or with up to 2 years of experience in clinical practice or dental sales).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about dentistry, digital platforms, and customer success.
