This trader must adhere strictly to regulatory compliance guidelines and maintain high standards of professional conduct in all dealings. Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and building a robust market network is crucial for achieving trading success and aligning with the bank's broader financial goals.

Requirements
  • Educational Qualification: A postgraduate qualification such as CA, MBA or PGDM/CFA is preferred.
  • Relevant Job Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a middle or senior position within the Treasury Department of any Bank/FI.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
  • Certificate in Treasury Management
  • Certified Treasury Dealer Course
