Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to fill the role of Cloud Consultant.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud. Your expertise in portal management, branding, and customization will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud portals tailored to business requirements
  • Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex to extend platform functionality
  • Customize branding, theming, templates, and layouts in Experience Cloud
  • Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems via APIs
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
  • Provide technical support, issue resolution, and enhancements for cloud implementations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in Experience Cloud
  • Strong proficiency in LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Process Builder
  • Experience with Experience Cloud branding, customization, and portal management
  • Hands-on expertise in APIs, integrations, and third-party system connectivity
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Immediate availability is required
