We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Supplier Management Professional. This position involves overseeing various activities related to supplier management, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across departments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in identifying, qualifying, onboarding, evaluating, developing, and phasing out suppliers as per corporate guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports on supplier performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating Management Information System (MIS) reports on a regular basis.
  • Represent the Supplier Management department in cross-functional councils, fostering open communication and exchanging best practices within the organization.
  • Ensure that supplier selection and qualification processes align with corporate guidelines, guaranteeing a consistent and high-quality supply chain.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve SCM-related KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Utilize data analytics tools such as SAP Business Objects, PowerBuilder, Qlik Sense, or Tableau to analyze SCM-related data, providing actionable insights for process optimization.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management.
