Talent Acquisition Role

As an Operations Talent Sourcer Intern, you will play a vital part in supporting our operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to source and identify potential interviewers for various roles across industries and job positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interviewer/Panel Sourcing: Utilize professional platforms such as job boards and LinkedIn to identify qualified interviewers. Build and maintain a talent pool of interviewers across different industries and roles.
  2. Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate the fit of potential interviewers for specific roles. Based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements, shortlist candidates.
  3. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of potential interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups. Track and report sourcing activities and results.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities. Provide support in scheduling interviews and managing communications.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics. Suggest strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous exposure to recruitment or HR operations is beneficial.
