AI Tools Manager

The AI Tools Manager oversees the implementation and governance of AI tools, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data and enforce zero-retention policies.
  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs and compliance reporting for AI tool usage.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Maintain an internal admin guide with setup/configuration steps, governance rules, and best practices for AI tool management.
  • Develop knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users.
  • Serve as the escalation point for AI-related incidents, providing expert-level support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
