Job Description

We own the design and function of multiple platforms and apps, including system integrations, incident and problem management, platform upgrades and enhancements, and user support and training for internal tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the architecture, design, and development of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Configure and customize various platforms, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Support integration efforts, ensuring seamless interaction between different systems (e.g., REST APIs, web services, SSO).
  • Contribute to the delivery of technical implementations, migrations, and enhancements in line with best practices.
  • Monitor platform health, reduce technical debt, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes, customizations, and integrations for future reference and training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HAM, or ITOM.
  • Strong scripting skills using JavaScript for ServiceNow development.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Implementations: Hands-on experience in at least 1-2 full ServiceNow implementations.
  • Integration Technologies: Familiarity with integration technologies like REST, SOAP, and JSON.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of configuration management processes and tools.
