Solution and Integration Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the integration of SAP systems with our rapidly growing logistics platform. This is a leadership role where you will guide a cross-functional team working on multiple enterprise projects.

  • Project Management: Oversee integration delivery teams, manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and quality benchmarks.
  • Solution Leadership: Design and deliver SAP-to-SuperProcure integration architectures, translate business processes into technical solutions.
  • Client Partner Engagement: Serve as strategic partner to clients, help optimize logistics workflows through seamless SAP integrations.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams, promote culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in project management with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing complex integration projects or solution delivery teams.
  • Strong project management expertise, functional expertise in SAP processes, particularly sales, procurement, logistics, finance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Solid understanding of ERP-to-SaaS integration, including APIs, middleware, master data, and transactional flows.
