Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of product quality by analyzing system specifications, reviewing test results, and collaborating with clients to understand product requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze system specifications and review test results on database impacts, errors, bugs, and usability.
  • Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and evaluate product code according to specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand product requirements and participate in design reviews to provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
  • Document testing phases and defects, report bugs and errors, and troubleshoot issues to ensure their resolution.
  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role with hands-on experience in Web Browser Automation Testing and Frameworks.
  • Proficiency in development/scripting with WebDriver-compatible languages such as Java, Python, or C# with Selenium WebDriver API and language-specific client libraries.
  • Good understanding and experience with different Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android, Windows Phone) and knowledge of JIRA tools.
  • Experience in Automation API Testing and Database Testing is a plus, along with familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors efficiently, proficiency in test management software and SQL, and excellent communication and verbal skills are required.
  • A Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary for this position.
