Business Transformation Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Head to lead our clients global transformation initiative. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Global Capability Center (GCC) that aligns with global objectives.
  • Oversee critical business processes such as Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement, IT Services, Customer Support, and Analytics.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to enhance process performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Formulate a comprehensive strategy for the GCC that aligns with global objectives and drives business growth.
    • Identify and prioritize key processes to be transitioned to the GCC ensuring seamless integration.
  • Process Integration and Optimization:
    • Oversee Critical Business Processes:
      • Lead the centralization and management of processes such as Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement, IT Services, Customer Support, and Analytics.
      • Ensure these processes are optimized for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Implement Best Practices:
      • Introduce industry-best practices and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to enhance process performance.
    • Technology Enablement:
      • Leverage emerging technologies such as automation, AI, and data analytics to innovate and streamline operations.
Financial Management:
  • P&L Responsibility:
    • Manage the GCC's financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising service quality.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Build a High-Performing Team:
    • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across various functions.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Professional Development:
    • Promote continuous learning and provide opportunities for professional growth and mentorship.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Global Collaboration:
    • Work closely with global functional leaders to understand process requirements and ensure alignment.
    • Serve as a key liaison between the GCC and corporate headquarters.
Risk Management & Compliance:
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance:
    • Adhere to all local and international regulations, company policies, and industry standards across all processes.
  • Implement Robust Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks in process transitions and operations, developing strategies to mitigate them.
Innovation & Transformation:
  • Drive Digital Transformation:
    • Champion initiatives that incorporate digital solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all GCC processes.
  • Process Reengineering:
    • Continuously assess and reengineer processes to achieve operational excellence and exceed global benchmarks.
About You:Education:
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a reputable institution.
Experience:
  • Industry Expertise:
    • Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in a multinational corporation.
    • Proven track record in setting up and managing large-scale operations or GCCs.
  • Process Management:
    • Extensive experience in overseeing diverse business processes such as Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Customer Service.
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operations management, and team leadership.
  • Innovation:
    • Experience in driving digital transformation and implementing technology solutions to optimize processes.
