Job Title: Freelance Oracle SOA Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Oracle SOA Specialist to support integration and technical development needs in the E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal specialist will have strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite, Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG), and HRMS technical modules.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).

• Main Responsibilities: Design and develop synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk (batch posting) integrations, including JSON/XML-based solutions. Perform independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies.
• Technical Expertise: Develop and customize RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts.
• HRMS Module Expertise: Work on Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits).
• Integration Development: Build and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance (SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP).
• Data Migration: Support data migration activities ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve integration/technical issues independently with minimal support.

• 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with strong HRMS focus.
• Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL.
• Extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP).
• Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation.
• Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for interfaces.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams in a freelance/remote setup.

• Knowledge of performance tuning for integrations.
• Exposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
• Experience with cloud integrations (Fusion HR/Payroll, SaaS systems).
