About the Job

At our organization, we are looking for a seasoned Technical Leader with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Solana blockchain development.

The role involves designing, building, and optimizing high-performance decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and on-chain programs on Solana.

  • We need you to design, develop, and maintain high-quality on-chain and off-chain software systems that scale efficiently.
  • You will be responsible for writing efficient, maintainable, and testable code following best practices for Rust language.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Lead technical discussions, provide mentorship, and set the development roadmap for blockchain projects.
  • Document technical designs, APIs, and user guides in a clear and developer-friendly manner.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across on-chain and off-chain components.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We require:

  • A strong proficiency in Rust language with good development experience in Rust and its ecosystem.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rust development, with at least 2+ years of experience in Solana blockchain.
  • Ability to guide the development team in writing performant and optimized code in Rust.
  • Hands-on experience building full-stack Solana Web3 applications, from smart contracts to frontend dApps.
  • Proficiency in writing, testing, and deploying Solana smart contracts.
  • A strong understanding of various Token Standards (fungible, non-fungible, etc.).
  • Experience with DeFi protocols: DEX aggregators, AMMs, order books, and liquidity management.
  • R&D skills with the ability to prototype quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
