Our organization is seeking an experienced Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our financial management team, the Financial Strategist will play a vital role in shaping the financial future of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success in managing financial statements, general ledger entries, and accounts payable/receivable. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel is also essential for this role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review comprehensive financial plans to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes effectively.
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions to ensure timely payment and processing.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives.
  • E nsure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.
  • Enhance and maintain accounting procedures and internal controls.
  • Handle GST and TDS filings along with E-Invoicing efficiently.
  • Perform statutory calculations and manage uploads successfully.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with CA Qualification.
