Job Description

Velocity FinCrimeSolutions Suit is seeking skilled software engineers to develop and support Velocity's modules. The main scope of the products will include everything from back-end to client-side code, utilizing optimal and efficient technologies, frameworks, and patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality applications with a focus on design and development, maintenance, and enhancement.
  • Writing test-backed server-side code to ensure application stability and security.
  • Analyzing requirements and designing new functionality to meet business needs.
  • Supporting and fixing existing functionality to ensure seamless user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

.NET Development

  • .Net 4+ using C# .NET, ASP .NET, ASP .NET Web API, WCF.
  • Interfacing/designing solutions using C#, .Net framework, Visual Studio, Angular JS / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, latest JavaScript frameworks, RESTful APIs JSON, object-oriented JavaScript, and Ajax considering performance, cross-platform support capabilities, usability, user experience, and security.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular JS, JQuery.
  • Experienced in Entity Framework, NHibernate.
  • Proficient knowledge in MSSQL/MySQL/Oracle/ PLSQL.
  • Exposure to RDBMS design including indexes and data integrity.

Software Development

  • Writing tests with NUnit / XUnit / MSTest.
  • Integrating web analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology, SCRUM Framework, Test-Driven Development, and software design patterns.
  • Knowledge of GIT, Azure DevOps.
