Service Operations Assistant Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of service contracts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Field Service team, Supply chain, and other service coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare quotations for spare parts in response to FSE requests, customer requests, or tender requests.
  • Handle customer requests and follow up for purchase orders and payments.
  • Initiate the renewal process of Service Contracts in a timely manner.
  • Ensure timely invoicing of contracts and follow up on unpaid invoices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Contract Customer Data in SAP and other systems.
  • Coordinate with the legal department and field team to obtain acceptance/approval on Terms and conditions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software.
