Regulatory Relations Oversight Director

We are seeking a professional to oversee the regulatory activities of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with regulators, providing guidance on entries in OpenPages, and ensuring consistent tracking of global findings.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a related field, a basic understanding of the financial services industry, and strong office productivity tools skills. Experience in managing a team and using IBM OpenPages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage regulatory examinations by logging information requests, creating request templates, and preparing responses
  • Provide guidance on entries in OpenPages and ensure consistent tracking of global findings
  • Oversee and manage regulatory issues and action plans in the Firm's issue tracking system
  • Produce reports for steering committees and maintain key internal metrics
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding exam status and findings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required with 7+ years of related experience
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry preferred
  • Strong office productivity tools skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Word)
  • Experience in a financial services organization or management consulting firm with regulatory project experience preferred
