Job Description:

About the Position

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and designing educational content as per program requirements. The position encompasses a range of comprehensive responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • The development of high-quality teaching and learning materials tailored to grade 10th.
  • Designing innovative and engaging training methods for facilitators and providing training in different clusters.
  • Creating and updating online content for both students and facilitators, including various formats such as audio, video, and text messages.
  • Assisting the State HR in enhancing the capacity of program staff by conducting program-specific trainings and workshops in different locations.
  • Conducting regular visits to cluster centers to assess classroom challenges, provide assistance to facilitators, and engage with community members.
  • Documenting field observations and preparing detailed reports on relevant categories.
  • Overseeing, supporting, and monitoring all program-related activities and providing regular reports to the Program In-charge & State Head.
Qualifications and Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of a graduate degree with Hindi as one of the subjects.
  • Ability to lead and work effectively in teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in education or a related field is highly desirable.
Travel and Reporting:

The position requires extensive travel (approximately 80% of the time) to Pratham's centers in Sanchi, Sehore, Satna, and Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh.

The incumbent will report directly to the Program In-charge, State Head, and Central Content & Training Associate (Hindi).
