Job Title:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EPM/Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, etc.) and Oracle Financials (Cloud or EBS).

About the Role:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, etc.).
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and develop solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle Financials.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle EPM and Oracle Financials configurations.
  • Mentor junior team members on Oracle EPM and Oracle Financials knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, etc.).
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (FP&A, close, reconciliation).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently from an offshore location.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials).
  • Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain.
  • Knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica.
  • Chartered accountant or MBA finance or background in finance.

Important Notes:

  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in EPM modules.
  • Candidates with dual employment history are not preferred.
  • Immediate joiners or max 15 days' notice period only.
