We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who can take ownership of our creative design needs across marketing, program content, and brand communication. This role demands versatility, strong design skills, and the ability to multitask across diverse projects from digital campaigns to classroom materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling marketing and communication materials for social media, campaigns, newsletters, and websites.
  • Design engaging content for students, teachers, and parents (presentations, classroom resources, event branding).
  • Maintain consistent brand identity while adapting designs to cater to varied audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with program and marketing teams to translate ideas into captivating visuals.
  • Experiment with new formats including motion graphics, infographics, video edits, and event merchandise.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently with timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability through visuals.
  • Ability to adapt design style for different audiences (students, parents, educators).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with agility and ownership.
