Purpose of the Role

">

The primary objective of this position is to lead and manage landscape design projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions that enhance the quality of life for occupants and meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Lead landscape design projects from concept to completion for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.">
  • Guide the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects.">
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining budgetary discipline.">
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.">
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals.">
  • Organize and direct junior team members in the design of assigned projects.">
  • Demonstrate expertise in landscape drawing production techniques, BoMs, and project management.">
  • Track project timeliness and budget, percentage completion based on project delivery and batches, number of projects requiring significant design revisions post initial submission, revenue achievement based on quarterly design delivery schedule, and quality instances of design flaws or failures identified during or after project.">

Requirements

  • Master's degree in landscape architecture from a reputable institution.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in landscape design or architecture.">
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.">
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.">
