As a Senior Internal Audit Manager at Syncup, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a risk-based internal audit plan and calendar. Your primary responsibility will be to perform audit assignments as per the approved audit plan to identify risk areas, assess internal control measures, and ensure adherence to the group's policies and procedures.
You will also be responsible for identifying process improvement, efficiency, and automation opportunities as part of audit engagements and special ad-hoc assignments. Additionally, you will prepare draft audit reports and conclude discussions with middle management. Furthermore, you will support the IA Head in additional requests from senior management, including investigations, special projects, and current audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform audit assignments as per the approved audit plan
• Identify risk areas and assess internal control measures
• Ensure adherence to the group's policies and procedures
• Identify process improvement, efficiency, and automation opportunities
• Prepare draft audit reports and conclude discussions with middle management
• Support the IA Head in additional requests from senior management
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of internal audit principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
