Responsibilities:

  2. Resolve Service NAB tickets for all Workday Benefits-related issues, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives, prioritizing and resolving tickets in a timely manner.">
  3. Collaborate with employees to gather, transform, map, and cleanse configuration data, performing mass data loads using EIB while ensuring data accuracy and error handling.">
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Benefits, providing training to benefit partners, managers, and stakeholders on effective use of the benefits module in Workday.">
  5. Implement testing efforts within P&C Systems, ensuring smooth user acceptance testing (UAT) and integrated testing.">
  6. Stay up-to-date with Workday updates, releases, and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities.">
  7. Mentor junior colleagues in configuration and testing roles.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.">
  • Minimum 5-7 years Workday experience, with expertise in Workday Benefits and other areas such as HCM, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and absence.">
  • Workday Certified in Benefits">
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Workday technical issues.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, escalation, and conflict resolution skills.">
  • Able to work independently under general direction.">
