Job Opportunity:

Beauty Devices Innovation Lead

Are you a seasoned innovation professional seeking to drive product development for beauty devices? We invite applications from experienced professionals to lead end-to-end innovation, defining problem statements, user requirements, and success metrics. You will align with brand goals, manage concept development from idea to prototype, evaluate motor, heat, and airflow modules, and partner with industrial designers to ensure ergonomics and acoustic comfort.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define problem statements, user requirements, and success metrics for beauty device innovation
  • Manage concept development from idea to prototype, including tooling, tolerances, materials, and reliability testing
  • Evaluate motor, heat, and airflow modules, power electronics, and safety features
  • Partner with industrial designers to ensure ergonomics and acoustic comfort
  • Identify and qualify OEM/ODM/component suppliers, negotiate minimum order quantities, and build should-cost models
  • Plan test protocols and documentation for compliance with various regulations

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience in hardware NPD for small appliances/consumer electronics/beauty devices, proven DFM/DFX skills, basic EE/ME literacy (PCBA, plastics, metals, silicone), and strong vendor management skills in India/China/Korea. Familiarity with Indian and global compliance pathways for consumer devices is also required.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in hardware NPD for small appliances/consumer electronics/beauty devices
  • Strong understanding of DFM/DFX principles and basic EE/ME concepts
  • Experience with vendor management in India/China/Korea
  • Familiarity with Indian and global compliance pathways for consumer devices
