Financial Consolidation and Close Expert Needed

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM and a deep understanding of financial consolidation and close processes, including multi-currency, intercompany eliminations, and complex reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the FCCS platform.
  • Configure and manage financial close workflows, ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidations.
  • Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems.
  • Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments.
  • Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimizing the system for performance.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the Oracle EPM platform.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM
  • Deep understanding of financial consolidation and close processes
  • Experience with Oracle FCCS implementation and configuration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
