Oracle EPM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM/Finance Functional Consultant to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Configure and Implement Oracle EPM Modules. Experience in implementing Planning, PBCS, and other Oracle EPM modules is essential. Strong hands-on experience with the Oracle EPM toolset, including Essbase, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC, and others is required.

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis solutions using Oracle EPM tools.
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience as an end-user, power user, or admin of leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
  • 3+ years of experience in EPM and 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently from an offshore location.

Preferred Skills:

  • Chartered accountant or MBA finance background.
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials).
  • Background in manufacturing, energy, or services domain.
  • Knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica.
