Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions. Additionally, you will drive infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, Bicep, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, with hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, RDS – Aurora MySQL preferred) and Azure (VMs, Storage Accounts, App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Networking, RBAC, etc.). They will also have strong skills in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates/Bicep, or Ansible.

We require proficiency in designing and managing CI/CD workflows with Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions, as well as experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) or ECS. Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Infrastructure: Develop scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on cloud platforms.
  • Build and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Utilize tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions to streamline release processes.
  • Drive Infrastructure Automation: Leverage Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, Bicep, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning.
  • Deploy and Manage Containerized Applications: Use Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) or ECS to deploy and manage containerized applications.
  • Monitor System Performance: Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability and reliability using monitoring tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in DevOps: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, RDS – Aurora MySQL preferred) and Azure (VMs, Storage Accounts, App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Networking, RBAC, etc.).
  • Infrastructure as Code: Strong skills in IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates/Bicep, or Ansible.
  • CICD Workflows: Proficiency in designing and managing CI/CD workflows with Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
  • Container Orchestration: Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) or ECS.
  • Scripting Skills: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.
