Job Title: Finance Content Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a finance content development executive.

The role will involve creating high-quality training content for finance training programs, including design and development of content, assessments, and maintenance of the repository of all created content. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing content created by team members and freelance developers, supporting the design and creation of B2B client proposals and training outlines, and coordinating with graphic designers to format content in required templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development & Review:
  • Design and develop engaging content for financial and business skills programs.
  • Develop effective assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain and update the repository of all created content.
  • Review content created by team members and freelance developers.
  • Support the design and creation of B2B client proposals and training outlines.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to format content in required templates.

Product, Client and Trainer Support:

  • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers.
  • Facilitate client support activities through proper and timely communication of issues.
  • Support other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics.
  • Relevant certification (MBA, CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA).
  • Excellent presentation skills - written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
