Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and principled professional to assess, audit, and ensure the ethical development and deployment of AI models across multiple cloud environments.

  • Evaluate AI/ML, LLM, and GenAI models for bias, fairness, explainability, and robustness.
Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operationalizing and implementing RAI principles based on industry standards. They will collaborate with data scientists, legal, compliance, and product teams to enforce responsible AI lifecycle checkpoints.

About the Role:

This role spans traditional ML models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI systems, with a strong focus on fairness, transparency, privacy, security, and accountability.

  • Conduct red-teaming, safety testing, and adversarial analysis across AI pipelines.
Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in model evaluation and auditing, as well as knowledge of industry standards for RAI. They must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • Perform pre-deployment, post-deployment, and continuous model audits.
Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Deliver detailed evaluation reports, risk scores, and mitigation recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
