Job Overview
We are seeking a highly dynamic individual to implement, document, execute processes for finance systems and work alongside our IT function and third-party partners to deliver change.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of NetSuite and associated technologies, including NetSuite, payroll, CRM, TS & integrations. They will also provide 2nd line support to users by triage, resolving user/system issues and seeking support from our NetSuite SI Partner and/or NetSuite when necessary.
In addition, the ideal candidate will maintain user access and roles, including on/off-boarding and finance organisational changes. They will manage all data imports, data cleansing and data maintenance efforts as required. The role also involves supporting bi-annual system upgrades, training users on new features, developing workflows when needed, building new save searches/reports and documenting key processes.
The successful candidate will also create and maintain custom records and fields as required, working closely with other workstream leads to ensure alignment and integrity of data across core business systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need +3 years' experience in building, configuring and supporting NetSuite application, NetSuite ERP and Administrator Certification. You should also have experience in implementing, developing or managing other non-ERP finance applications, as well as 5+ years' experience in accounting or finance operations roles.
A strong understanding of NetSuite SuiteProjects and revenue recognition is essential. A degree in any field is required, and we prefer candidates with strong stakeholder management skills and a natural collaborator mindset.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
