Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to users of our financial systems, including Oracle Financials, Keystone, and Intapp. This will involve troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless system operation.

You will work closely with our product teams to identify and implement process improvements, develop new debugging tools, and provide timely information to customer-facing teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, has strong analytical skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in support for IT applications, with knowledge of Oracle Financials
  • Demonstrable curiosity, passion, integrity, and outstanding attention to detail
  • Unparalleled troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as exemplified by clear bug/issue explanations
  • Documentation of knowledge, mentoring ability, and comfort interacting with all levels of management
  • An in-depth understanding of how the finance function works
  • Comfortable with basics of PL/SQL and able to write basic queries
  • Strong technical background to understand applications
  • ITIL Foundation level certification would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and MS-Excel
