Performance Marketing Specialist

As a high-achieving customer experience manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer growth and success through data-driven insights and innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless upselling/cross-selling and maintaining exceptional net promoter scores.
- Analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions and drive business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and track account goals, leveraging AI-powered solutions to maximize customer value.
- Develop and execute customized marketing plans to achieve measurable ROI for our partners.
- Effectively address customer satisfaction concerns, coordinating internal resources to resolve issues efficiently.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of hitting and overachieving retention and growth targets.
- Experience in digital marketing, including media channels like Google, social media, and programmatic buying.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Omniture, GA, Appsflyer, and Kochava.
- Ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
