  • Work closely with development and product teams to align on requirements and implement fixes.","
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation testing initiatives.","
  • Validate networking-related features and ensure compliance with ITIL/ITSM standards.","
  • Analyze logs, support root cause analysis, and suggest improvements to enhance overall product quality.","

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.","
  • 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products.","
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile methodologies.","
  • Basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter.","
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (desired).","
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP).","
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.","
