Physiotherapy Professor Job Description:

This role is responsible for teaching and guiding students of the Bachelor of Physiotherapy program. The successful candidate will help them develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence to work in the healthcare field.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver subject matter expertise by teaching physiotherapy subjects such as anatomy, kinesiology, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy through both theoretical and practical sessions.
  • Mentor and guide students by regularly monitoring their performance and providing personalized guidance to address academic challenges, resolve doubts, and build motivation.
  • Create a supportive learning environment that fosters open communication, participation, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and track student progress by conducting assessments, maintaining records of attendance, performance, and feedback.
  • Ensure academic standards are upheld by adhering to training quality and continuously improving professional development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Bachelor of Physiotherapy or Master of Physiotherapy degree
  • Experience: 1+ year in teaching or working as a physiotherapist
  • Skills: Excellent communication, passion for teaching, friendly and patient approach with students, basic computer and technology skills
