Job Title: Research Analyst

We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in equity research or industry research to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and be able to conduct in-depth industry research.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing cement sector companies, industry trends, demand-supply dynamics, pricing, and capacity expansions.

  • Conduct comprehensive research on infrastructure and real estate sectors, including regulatory updates, market performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop detailed financial models for coverage companies.
  • Assist in preparing research reports, sector updates, and thematic studies.
  • Support client interactions with data-driven insights and presentations.
  • Monitor global and domestic macroeconomic developments impacting the sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in equity research / industry research.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and sector dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
