Performance Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly dynamic and motivated individual to join our marketing department at RachTR Chemicals Pvt Ltd. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through effective marketing efforts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will be responsible for:

  • Building deep product knowledge to deliver impactful pitches to potential clients
  • Prospecting and engaging with potential clients through direct calling while ensuring Salesforce data is up-to-date
  • Coordinating with Sales and TSG departments for lead sharing and key meetings
  • Engaging with architects and industry professionals to drive business development
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on events, social media activities, and content creation
Key Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Graduate/Post Graduate from Delhi University, IP University, or any other reputed university
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
