Job Title:

Corporate Talent Acquisition Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with departmental managers to develop actionable plans to meet competitive hiring goals.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure for various roles across departments.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of qualified active and passive candidates for quick access to top talent.
  • Employer Branding and Outreach: Enhance employer branding by participating in local and national career fairs to attract diverse talent.
  • Strategic Recruiting Initiatives: Design, refine, and implement innovative sourcing strategies that align with business growth objectives.
  • Job Posting and Sourcing: Stay updated with leading job boards and social networks; create compelling job descriptions and publish them across relevant channels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop deep relationships with internal teams to fully understand departmental dynamics and hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Create engaging job postings on social media, company portals, and external job boards to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Sourcing Excellence: Leverage knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques to identify and engage top-tier candidates aligned with business requirements.
  • Candidate Screening and Interview Coordination: Screen resumes, assess candidate suitability, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  • Candidate Database Management: Maintain an organized and updated database of all candidate interactions, including prospects, hired employees, and exited personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in corporate or internal recruitment.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end hiring for various roles across departments.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and other sourcing tools.
