Cloud Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our organization. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who are passionate about cloud technologies, customer experience platforms, and building scalable solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.

  • Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of cloud-based contact center solutions.
  • Support integration of Amazon Connect with other AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, Polly, Kinesis, etc.).
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in cloud-based telephony and IVR systems.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to implement call flows, routing, and reporting dashboards.
  • Work on testing, documentation, and maintenance of contact center environments.
  • Learn and apply best practices for AWS security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Provide support in user training and onboarding for contact center platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based telephony/contact center concepts (IVR, call routing, queues, chat, voice bots).
  • Understanding of programming/scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Node.js preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and willingness to learn new technologies.
