About this Role:
  • This critical position will oversee the production and presentation of food items, ensuring they meet set standards and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Hygiene: Ensure all site policies are followed, including the control of ingredients and maintenance of records.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate with teams to implement processes, manage inventory, and minimize waste.
  • Food Service Delivery: Manage service deliveries, develop menus, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Cash and Debtors Management: Accurately control cash, maintain documents, and ensure timely invoice delivery.
  • People Management: Lead on-site teams, implement HR processes, and ensure staff welfare activities.
  • Communication and Client Retention: Maintain close communication with clients, ensure 100% retention, and prepare necessary documents.
  • Wastage Control and Cost Management: Monitor daily leftovers, plan production, and minimize waste while recycling excess ingredients.
  • Legal Compliances: Coordinate with departments to ensure legal compliances are met and maintain copies.
  • Systems Implementation and Process Management: Ensure systems and processes are implemented and followed as per company policy.
