Academic Director

Fashion TV is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Director to lead our educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the academy, creating and implementing strategic plans to ensure the overall success and growth of the institution.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the academy
• Develop and implement academic programs in line with educational standards
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of teaching staff
• Manage the academy's budget and allocate resources efficiently
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents, students, and the community
• Lead initiatives to enhance student performance and academic achievement
• Implement effective disciplinary and behavioral management strategies
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs
• Oversee the development and implementation of professional development programs for staff
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance the academy's offerings
• Conduct regular assessments of academic and administrative processes
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained throughout the academy
• Lead and mentor staff in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Education or a related field
• Proven experience in academic leadership or education management
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans for educational institutions
• Strong understanding of educational regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and assessment practices
• Proven track record of driving academic excellence and student achievement
• Experience in staff recruitment, training, and evaluation
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including parents and the community
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
